Changegame is a CNR initiative that bridges the gap between scientific research and the classroom, using serious games and dedicated activities to introduce environmental responsibility to primary school children. The goal was to create materials that could genuinely capture a young audience’s attention and inspire them to become active agents of change.

The design methodology was rooted in laddering research and moodboard development to build a deep understanding of the target audience. Flyers and posters were designed to be interactive, inviting children to connect the dots, colour by instruction, and engage physically with the content. A chameleon character was developed as the central mascot motif, combining playfulness with environmental symbolism. Posters, Instagram posts, stories, and banners were all personally created for the campaign.

A complete visual campaign spanning print and digital, with materials designed to travel from classroom walls to social media feeds. The identity balances scientific credibility with the warmth and accessibility needed to genuinely connect with children, making environmental awareness feel like something exciting rather than abstract.
